How far in advance should we book our florist?

It is never to soon to get on our calendar! We recommend booking 6-18 months in advance. We limit the number of events we take on per season. Dates are held with your signed contract and nonrefundable deposit.

Do you provide delivery, on-site set up, and tear down?

White Rose will include delivery of florals in all packages. Set up and tear down are included in some packages.

How much should i budget for florals?

Every wedding is unique, that is what makes florals so fun! Our pricing is dependent on many factors including which specific plants you wish to use, the complexity and size of all pieces, the size of team we will need, number of arrangements, amount of set up and tear down for day of, etc. Remember, floral arrangements are more than flowers in a vase. They are a creation of art that each require time, expertise, care, and creative attention. As a general estimate, we recommend allocating between 10-25% of your wedding budget to florals.

do you work with payment plans?

Each wedding is different and each family has different financial situations. We require a deposit of 50% of the initial estimate to hold your date. Payment of the remainder is required three weeks before the wedding. We do not want time of payment to be a reason you miss out on custom florals, please complete the Lets Connect at the bottom of the page and we will do our very best to work with your financial needs.

What if i make changes to my floral needs as we keep planning our wedding?

No problem! It actually happens all the time. We simply ask that you communicate them with us as soon as possible (up to three weeks before the wedding) so that we can plan accordingly. You will be required to resign your contract with each change made. Changes, additions, and adjustments to orders are handled on a case by case basis. Your deposit is 50% of the initial estimate. If changes and adjustments are made, the final payment due will reflect those accurately.
